NOTE: We are currently out of domet flannel at present. Please select the gray wool flannel option, or check back to see if we have it back in stock. Thank you!
The domet flannel U.S. issue shirt is perhaps the single most common shirt seen in photos of U.S soldiers during the Civil War. The shirt has a very simple, yet tough, construction. Our reproduction is completely handsewn like the originals, and is made from either an off-white domet flannel or gray wool flannel. Larger sizes can be made for a small additional cost.
Domet flannel is not always available, and if we are unable to locate any for your purchase we will contact you immediately.
To ensure a proper fit, we request that you provide an actual measurement using a measuring tape or the strip of cloth and yardstick method detail on the FAQ page.
For sizes larger than 48, there is an additional $15 added to the item.
