This shirt is based off the photo of Confederate POWs from the Battle of Gettysburg. The shirt the soldier on the far left is wearing is similar in design to other shirts issued to Confederate soldiers throughout the war.
 
Our reproduction of this shirt is completely handsewn and made from cotton osnaburg. Unlike our other CS issue shirt, this shirt has no placket, but just a neck slit similar to that of the US issue shirt. This shirt also sports one chest pocket on the left side of the shirt.
